Clinical Supervision and Consultation Services

Kerri Anderson, MA, LMFT offers clinical supervision and consultation for both new and experienced providers

Clinical supervision for clinicians working with children and families, with a focus on ADHD and neuro-developmental differences. This work is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming and social justice–informed lens, supporting clinicians in understanding each child within their developmental, relational, and cultural context.

Supervision emphasizes executive functioning, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and motivation, helping clinicians move beyond behavior-based models toward practical, strengths-based interventions that align with how ADHD brains work.

Focus areas include parent and caregiver collaboration, school-related challenges, and co-occurring concerns such as anxiety, trauma, and learning differences, with attention to diagnostic clarity and complex presentations.
